Vanilla Powder - Ground Whole Bean
Our vanilla is grown on the island of New Guinea where the mineral-rich soil and tropical climate yields premium, authentic beans. The vanilla beans develop for nine months before being harvested by hand, cured and fermented over a three-month period and then ground into a fine powder. Ground vanilla can be used in any recipe calling for vanilla, contains antioxidants, may aid in reducing cholesterol levels, helps ease digestion and also has aromatherapy applications.
