July 2018, Cambridge Commodities acquired Earth Circle Organics to expand the Cambridge footprint into the North American market. Earth Circle Organics was founded in 2006 and since then has focused on bringing organic superfoods to the market. ECO had developed lasting relationships with growers around the world and customers across North America.
In March 2020, we additionally acquired the business of US-based raw and organic superfood wholesaler, Ultimate Superfoods, further expanding our service and offering here in the US.
With these acquisitions, we continue to expand our product portfolio and therefore our customer base.
