Coconut Flour is a soft flour made from pressed, dried coconut meat as a byproduct of coconut oil or coconut milk production. It can be used as a replacement for other types of flour in many recipes.
After the fresh coconut meat has been pressed, the coconut cake is milled to a powder. Coconut Flour can be used as a gluten-free replacement in baked good and other recipes.
Our cruelty-free coconut flour is made from coconuts picked from coconut palms in the Philippines.
